Uploading, sharing, or creating content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or invasive of another's privacy. c. Attempting to interfere with the proper functioning of Text Share or its services. d. Using automated means to access Text Share, unless explicitly permitted. e. Impersonating another user or person.

6. Intellectual Property

Text Share and its content, features, and functionality are owned by Host Emperor and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on any part of Text Share without our express consent.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to Text Share, with or without cause, at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use Text Share will cease immediately.

8. Limitation of Liability

Text Share and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Text Share.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Uganda, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
